Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Risks with Multiple Projects from Deltek PPM

If you select a Risk Register with multiple projects, you will have to select one to associate with a Deltek PPM project.

To import risks with multiple projects from Deltek PPM, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click Deltek PPM.
  3. On the Connect Deltek PPM Project dialog box, navigate to the Select a Project field.
  4. Select a project from the dropdown menu.
  5. Navigate to the Select a Deltek PPM Project field.
  6. Select a Deltek PPM project.
  7. Click Link.
  8. In the Please Select Risks To Import dialog box, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to import.
  9. Click OK.
    After you have successfully linked a Deltek PPM project to an Acumen project, an "R" icon will display next to the project name in the Risk Register tree.
